Always a great family oriented restaurant! Gathered here with family anf the food is always good. We shared some calamari, wings and different pasta dishes. The service is outstanding and the atmosphere very inviting! I definitely recommend
Overview
Walking into Tuscany Villa Ristorante feels like stepping off a quiet New Jersey road and straight into a family dining room somewhere in central Italy. The restaurant sits at 223 Changebridge Rd, Montville, NJ 07045, United States, and from the first moment, the atmosphere sets expectations high without feeling stiff. Iβve eaten here multiple times over the past few years, both for casual dinners and small celebrations, and the experience has been consistently grounded in warmth, familiarity, and well-executed Italian cooking.
The menu leans heavily into classic Italian comfort food, but it avoids the trap of being predictable. On one visit, I watched a nearby table order a spread that looked like a case study in crowd-pleasing Italian cuisine: calamari fritti, veal saltimbocca, homemade gnocchi, and

My wildly extended family reserved space for about 30 people here, after a funeral. (It might have been more..) Despite the large crowd, we were well treated, served well, and had a worthwhile repast thanks to Tuscany Villa. The food was delicious, and I'd love to come back to explore their menu further, on a less weighty occasion.
I order from here when Iβm at work because itβs close. The food is pretty good, but when ordering online, they donβt start making it until you get there. The first few times I just assumed they were busy and backed up, but this might be the 8th or so time Iβve ordered and itβs been the same every time :( On top of that, anything with a thin sauce should be put in Tupperware, not these cheap aluminum onesβ¦ which leaks every time without fail, no matter how careful you are with it. I hope they take this as advice to start paying more attention to online orders, as well as upgrade their to-go containers because itβs pretty decent food when it doesnβt spill everywhere!
This is my go-to local Italian spot! I love their pizza and occasionally order the family meal when I donβt feel like cooking. Their red sauce is to die for! They do events as well. Planned my sisterβs birthday at their outdoor patio and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend!
